Where are you located?
Our warehouse and wholesale store are open to business clients and require a business reseller’s permit to purchase. We are located at 733 Industrial Parkway, North Liberty, IN 46554, USA and are open Monday–Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Why do you require a login to shop in your store?
Since our wholesale prices are not available to the public, we require our clients to register their personal information, business name, and Reseller Permit Number to shop with us.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship via UPS Ground Shipping. We offer free shipping for orders over $350. Currently, we only ship within the United States. You can also place your order and pick up at our warehouse located at 733 Industrial Parkway, North Liberty, IN 46554, USA after your purchase has been made if you are nearby.
I need to order larger quantity and I don’t see an option, how can I order more?
We do offer larger quantities of the merchandise we have in stock. For orders of 500+ pieces of a particular product, text us at (628) 293 12 13 with the product number, description, quantity needed, and your contact information. We will send you an invoice.
Do you offer a line of credit to your buyers?
Currently, we do not offer credit to our customers. All items are delivered upon payment received.
I don’t have a Resellers Permit but I would like to resell your items?
Our online ordering site is currently only open to business clients with a reseller’s permit. For questions about obtaining a reseller’s permit, please contact your State’s Department of Business Affairs.
How long does shipping take?
We use UPS Ground as our preferred shipping method. You can estimate delivery time based on our shipping zip code and your location. Our ship-from address is 733 Industrial Parkway, North Liberty, IN 46554, USA.
Shipment times are estimated and can take longer than expected due to weather or late UPS pickups. We do not guarantee next-day shipment.
For overseas shipments, delivery via FedEx or UPS International can take up to 3 weeks.

What documents do you need to purchase wholesale?
We require the following before establishing your account: Business Name, Business Mobile Phone Number, Business Email Address, Business Address, and Reseller Permit Number. If an employee is purchasing on behalf of your business, they must be registered and provide the business’s reseller number.
Do you offer Dropshipping?
No.
What is the difference between available now and pre-order?
Available Now items are in our USA warehouse and ship within 1–2 business days. Pre-Order items are in our China warehouse and ship within 1–2 weeks, or 3 weeks if made to order.
Is the item available in store?
Items sold out online are not available in-store. Our inventory syncs with our online system to provide accurate stock counts.
Do you ship globally?
No. We only ship within the domestic United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Do you have a catalog of your wholesale prices?
We update items frequently, so we do not maintain a catalog. Please check our website for the latest items and pricing information.
What happens if an item is defective?
We inspect items to ensure they meet specifications. Defective items (e.g., printing errors, misprints, stitching issues) will only be exchanged for the exact same item. Defects do not include material, sizing, fit, length, zippers, or fabric thickness.

1. Why is my order showing as Medium or High Risk?
Your order may be marked as Medium or High risk if it meets any of the following criteria:
- Multiple failed payment attempts were made (potential stolen card concern).
- Incorrect CVV (security code) entered.
- IP Address of the order is far from the shipping destination (e.g., order placed from China but shipping to the USA).
- Billing and Shipping Address do not match exactly.
2. Why did money get removed from my debit card but my order did not go through?
When a payment attempt is made, the billing address and zip code must match the card holder. The bank temporarily authorizes the amount to confirm funds availability. If the payment fails, the funds will return to your account within 1-2 days. We recommend using a credit card or PayPal, or ensuring sufficient funds on your debit card.
3. Why does the product not match the picture?
Some product photos are first-cut designs. To reduce cost for mass production, modifications may occur (e.g., first-cut zipper is metal, second-cut is plastic). We make every effort to show factory product photos for informed decisions. If photos are missing, please contact us via the form.
4. Why is the product made with different fabric?
To provide a variety of patterns and designs, some items use sublimation printing, which allows multiple patterns at lower cost. Sublimation works best on polyester and enables full-print designs. This allows our clients to offer multiple options to customers and increase sales potential.
