Shipping Carrier

We exclusively use UPS Ground for all shipments. For larger or bulk orders, FedEx Ground may also be used based on package size and destination.

Order Processing

1. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (local time) will be processed the same business day.
2. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.
3. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking the link in the email or logging into your account on our website under Order History.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Estimated costs are displayed during checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Holidays

Our shipping operations are closed on major holidays, including New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.

Curbside / Warehouse Pickup

For local retailers in Indiana, we offer warehouse pickup by appointment only. Please contact us at wholesale@KIDDOJA.com to schedule a pickup.
