Refund & Returns Policy – KIDDOJA (ARCHER ROO KIDS CLOTHING, LLC)

Effective Date: June 30, 2025

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only purchased items from KIDDOJA are eligible.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Wholesale clients require prior approval. Contact our sales team at sales@kaceb.com before returning items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us via sales@kaceb.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship items back at your expense unless the return is due to shipping error or defective product.

4. Refunds

  • Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Wholesale clients may also choose store credit for future orders.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after receipt.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. Contact sales@kaceb.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Instructions will be provided to return the incorrect item and ship the replacement.

6. Shipping Errors and Defective Products

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, contact us immediately at sales@kaceb.com. KIDDOJA will cover return shipping for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
